Terms of Use Agreement

 

           

            I, herein referred to as ‘Partner’, understand that the PSYCH-K® process is strictly limited to the modification of subconscious beliefs. And that the PSYCH-K® process is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition and is not a substitute for professional medical treatment, or professional mental health care, but rather it is often a complement to it.

 

           The PSYCH-K® approach is about transforming any limiting subconscious beliefs I may have that could be related to my situation and/or health condition. These beliefs are usually acquired in the early stages of life, and often persist into adulthood, below the level of conscious awareness. There is a well-established biological interaction between the mind and the body.

 

           I understand that my PSYCH-K® Facilitator is well-trained to implement the PSYCH-K® processes and will work with me to transform limiting subconscious beliefs of my choosing and that he/she is not responsible for any apparent or evident, direct or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages to me physically, spiritually, mentally or emotionally, seen or unseen as PSYCH-K® has no known negative side effects.

 

           I acknowledge that it is not possible to guarantee a specific result, which depends largely on each individual and am aware that PSYCH-K® has a 30-year history of helping people achieve a satisfying and joyful life, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. That PSYCH-K® is designed to affect change -even beyond the mind. Therefore, the changes can be very subtle so expecting and paying attention for changes to happen is helpful but being attached to an outcome, in timing or form, is NOT.

 

           I am individually responsible for my own life and it’s unfolding. As an expression of my responsibility, I am seeking assistance with the beliefs that manifest in my reality, but the actual manifestation of that reality is up to me.

          

           I understand that there is a 24-hour cancellation policy which will result in a US$50 charge if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed date and time.

         

           I am now ready to move forward with my life by co-creating a new reality and state of wellbeing.
